Hemi’s home!!
Just thought I would share my excitement with y’all again! Even if she is hiding in my closet and not taking treats from me because she is super skeptical of me right now…rightfully so seeing as I am going to have to take her to the vet again later this week for a check-up. She won’t be too happy about that. But hopefully after this week, she can stay at home and can finally relax and start to feel better.

With all the craziness of Hemi and rodeo and everything of last week, I never really had the opportunity to wish Happy Birthday to Joseph’s mom, Gwen!
We went out to dinner to celebrate last Tuesday, which was her actual birthday, but I didn’t have a chance to post about it on here due to my lack of posting last week. Gwen, I hope you had an amazing birthday and I’m happy I was able to join y’all to celebrate last week!

Did you hear about the Superman Kid?
Well, I am calling him the Superman Kid. He fell out of a 3rd story window, did 2 somersaults and landed on his feet!! By the way, he is only 4 years old and just so happened to be wearing a Superman t-shirt. I think the next step for his mother (obviously after securing the windows of her residence) would be to take this kid to the doctor to check his allergies. Kryptonite may be one of them…just saying.

Speaking of freaky incidents…what’s with all this sinkhole business in Florida??
On February 28th/March 1st, while Jeff Bush was sleeping, a sinkhole swallowed him alive. The floor just collapsed and he was gone into an approximately 30′ wide, 100′ deep hole into the Earth.
Bazaar. Very bazaar. Apparently these types of things happen all the time in Florida – sinkholes, that is. They don’t necessarily swallow people alive while they are sleeping but I read that the entire state is full of areas like this due to the limestone deposits and other things in the soil. I suddenly have no desire to go to Florida anymore. Gulf Shores instead anyone?

So this may not be surprising to anyone else because I am usually the last person to know anything but the other day I randomly thought about the little boy from Big Daddy and wondered what happened to him.
Did you know it was twins that played Julian aka Frankenstein?? Yep! Just like Full House using the Olsen Twins for Michelle. Not only that, they actually haven’t fallen completely off the face of the Earth. They are actually the twins that play(ed?) — not sure if the show is still on the air or not — on Disney’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody sitcom.
Also, they are going to be 21 this year.
I had NO idea. Mind. Blown.

The other day when my mom and I were waiting at a red light, we saw the Google Maps car roaming around.
I have only seen these cars a couple of times. If you haven’t seen them before, they are pretty neat. They have a tall camera (or something) sticking off the top to track the streets and all that so we will have accurate information when we use Google Maps. Obviously, they do not have enough of these cars because Google Maps takes me to the incorrect destination ALL THE TIME.
I wonder how far they drive in a typical day…

Also, this is my 100th post! Can you believe it? Definitely doesn’t seem like that many already to me!
I didn’t realize it was my 100th post until I published it and it told me so this is me editing my post to let you know about this neat little milestone. If I would’ve known, I probably would’ve done something 100 themed…there’s always another post sometime soon that I can theme around the number…101? 125? 150? Challenge accepted.
I hope everyone is having a great week so far! Happy Tuesday!
Yayyyyyy Hemi! She is so pretty! Glad she is back home with mama 🙂
HAPPY 100th EPISODE BLAIR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow – has it already been that many??
PS – Skip was standing in the front window when the Google car came by – I keep checking to see if he is in the pictures – but so far – not.
PSS – nothing wrong with having a closet kitty – we have one too.
Thanks, Morgan! We are thrilled too!
Barb, that is too funny about Skip. You’ll have to let me know if he appears in the pictures. I think they are usually a year delayed on there or something though so it may be a while until we see him! Also, Spooky is adorable and there is definitely nothing wrong with that closet kitty! I need to come visit! 🙂
